Tied throughout the first half, Emlor and Ferne Park was determined in the final two chukkas on the defensive end, with each team needing to work hard to add to the scoreboard. Ferne Park pulled ahead in the fourth chukka while holding Emlor scoreless on four shots to take the first commanding lead of the game. Joaquin Pittaluga finished with four goals, three of which came from the penalty line to lead Ferne Park to victory, while the missed opportunities late prevented Emlor from challenging for the win in the final stages of the match.
